In 2016, our founder and CEO Ameerah Saine, embarked on a mission to bridge the gap between mainstream media and women-owned businesses by connecting driven, career-focused women and fostering the collaborative partnerships necessary to empower progress.

Ameerah began developing a pop-up brunch event and podcast, which steadily cultivated a loyal, diverse following and name in the female-empowerment space.

After partnering with several top brands, she decided it was time to expand. Leveraging her 15 years of professional marketing and sales experience, Ameerah officially launched her own media company — one that would reflect the values of her Brunch and Slay community.
