SoulCycle: Spinning towards Success - Technology and Operations Management

Soul Cycle’s three latest Houston and Dallas locations needed help fostering relationships with their local markets. 

With the goal of building long-lasting connections and community-focused services, BASM hosted three private events, inviting a diverse breadth of local women to explore SoulCycle’s commitment to providing an inviting fitness environment for all. 

To cement these newfound relationships, BASM then coordinated a month of free cycling events for event attendees.

Results:

  • Increased local market-focused membership by 22%
  • Created brand awareness and FOMO (fear of missing out) buzz for three new markets for America’s #1 indoor cycling gym
